If you are applying for an internship through FUF's Internship Program, the following applies:

I accept that my registered information is saved in a database that the Swedish Development Forum (FUF) and our selected partners can take part of to offer internship positions.

The purpose of this registration is to enable FUF to handle the current recruitment process. Your personal information is stored in confidence and we store it throughout the program period that your application includes, and one year after the end of the program period. Each program period covers 3 years (eg 2017-2019 and 2020-2022). This means that if you apply before spring-20, your information is stored until the last day of December 2023. The same last date for storage applies if you apply before, for example, autumn-22. Your information is saved only for statistical purposes and to enable reporting to the donor. Compilations made based on that information will not be able to trace back to you. 
A limited version of your stated information in the application is also saved in our internal Microsoft SharePoint in the form of a contact list (name, surname, and email address) of the applicants who will be admitted to the program. This data can be stored for more than 3 years, up to 15 years, to evaluate the program's effectiveness and results in the long term.

FUF is responsible for the processing of your personal data stored in the recruitment tool Recruto eRek. Technical and organizational security measures are taken to protect personal data against unintentional, illegal or unauthorized access or loss. If you are recommended for an internship (or several), the receiving organizations will also be responsible for personal data. These are informed of this responsibility. The link to your application that is sent to the internships is only active for a limited period and after the expiration period, they no longer have access to your information.

You have the right to receive the personal data that is registered about you. If you want to correct, limit or delete your application after you have submitted it, you can do so on your own via the account created in connection with you making your application or ask FUF to help you. You also have the right to data portability (transfer of your personal data) via a machine-readable format that FUF as personal data manager can provide

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you always have the right to access, erasure, object, correct, and restrict the storing and processing of your data. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at our email: fuf@fuf.se. Should you wish to report a complaint or if you feel that FUF has not addressed your concern in a satisfactory manner, you may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. 


If you apply to the Global Peace Hub

I accept that my personal data is stored in Recruto and processed by the Swedish Development Forum (FUF).

Recruto saves all information that you provide in your application. Only FUF’s employees have access to Recruto via password-protected login. A limited version of your stated information in the application is also saved in our internal Microsoft SharePoint in the form of a contact list (name, surname, and email address) of the applicants who will be admitted to the network.

The information requested in connection with your registration with the application in Recruto is necessary for FUF to be able to carry out the recruitment process of network participants. We never share the information you give us in the application form with third parties. The information compiled in Recruto will be stored until June 2022, after that, your information will be deleted.

Föreningen för Utvecklingsfrågor är ansvariga för behandling av dina personuppgifter som förvaras i rekryteringsverktyget Recruto eRek. Tekniska och organisatoriska säkerhetsåtgärder är vidtagna för att skydda personuppgifter mot oavsiktlig, olaglig eller obehörig åtkomst eller förlust. 

Du har rätt att få del av de personuppgifter som finns registrerade om dig. Vill du korrigera, begränsa eller ta bort din ansökan efter att du skickat in den kan du göra det på egen hand via det konto som skapas i samband med att du gör din ansökan eller be Föreningen för Utvecklingsfrågor hjälpa dig. Du har också rätt till dataportabilitet (överföring av dina personuppgifter) via ett maskinläsbart format som Föreningen för Utvecklingsfrågor som personuppgiftsansvarig kan tillhandahålla.
