Key Responsibilities:
· Exceed guest expectations in a dynamic environment
· Ensure efficient and welcoming service for all guests
· Handle check-ins and check-outs
· Maintain full awareness of the hotel's occupancy status and room availability

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction assuring personalized service and addressing guest concerns/needs promptly
· Communicate and record all feedback and complaints according to established procedures
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other teams and departments
· Foster good relationships with all internal and external customers

Qualifications:
· Has experience working at a hotel front desk
· Has good knowledge and experience working with Opera
· Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Possess strong computer skills
· Proactive and independent work approach
· Good problem-solving skills with a focus on guest needs and expectation
