The Role – A Unique Opportunity to Work with Data That Matters
As Data Manager, you will be at the center of how we manage, structure, and ensure the quality of data in an international, growing organization. Your work will enable better decision-making, stronger business insights, and smarter data-driven processes.
You will be the bridge between business and data, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple companies to ensure that data is both reliable and actionable.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of data – high-quality data enables smart decisions.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to align data processes and improve governance.
✔ Provide input to development teams to optimize data management strategies.
✔ Train and support internal stakeholders to increase data awareness and best practices.
✔ Support onboarding of new companies into our data ecosystem.
Who You Are
We are looking for a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who understands the power of data.
✅ Experience working with data quality, governance, or analytics – ideally in a complex business environment.
✅ Technical understanding – experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar platforms.
✅ Ability to transform data into business insights – you know how to connect data with decision-making.
✅ Strong communication & collaboration skills – you can work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders.
✅ Structured & proactive approach – you like working methodically and improving processes.
Bonus qualifications: Experience with PIM/PLM systems, supply chain data, or product information management.
