Who should apply?
We are seeking a highly structured, competent and dynamic professional to join our team as an Administrative and Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal to ensuring the seamless execution of various innovative, entrepreneurial projects and ideas including:
- OTB Europe STORE: physical 500m2 store located at Ale Disc Golf Center.
- OTB Europe Distribution: bringing the largest discgolf brands from the USA to Europe including Discraft, MVP and Brixton to name a few.
- Team OTB: building our European Team to join the likes of Paige Pierce, Ella Hansen, Jeremy Koling, Nate Sexton, James Conrad, Matty O, Luke Humphries, Kevin Jones and more!
You will work closely with proven entrepreneurs such as Danny Corbett (founder of OTB Discs in California) and Vincent Schaffler (Founder of Vincents Husbil & Husvagn, SmellWell and partner in OTB Europe and Ale Disc Golf Center m.m.).
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage project ideas, timelines and tasks to completion.
Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring all decisions and operations run smoothly.
Maintain a structured schedule, organize meetings, and keep meticulous notes / action plans.
Act as a problem solver, tackling challenges with creativity, communication, positive energy and efficiency.
Offer constructive feedback and serve as a sounding board for ideas.
Manage customer service tasks and handle international communications with stakeholders.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently and be open to learning and using AI tools (courses available!)
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or operations manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Mature, ambitious and stable.
Interest or proficiency in AI is a plus.
Grasp of economics, processes and administrative skills.
An undestanding of LEAN management and continuous improvement
Driver's license required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly salary range: 34,000–44,000 SEK / month
Opportunities for selected training, leadership, communication and professional development to enhance skills.
Work Environment:
This position offers a varied location structure. Candidates will need to be on-site in Ale/Nol (20 min from Gothenburg) 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely or digitally for the remaining days. While the ambition is for a full-time position, we are open to flexible hours or a banked hours system that accommodates higher workloads in summer and lighter ones in winter, reflecting the seasonality of our business.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly salary range: 34,000–44,000 SEK / month
