Sweden has a lack of licensed teachers.

Are you a licensed Preschool or Primary School Teacher and want a change of school system where children can be children, where learning and playing are equally important?
Then we would like to receive your CV and cover letter!

Sweden has a substantial shortage of Teachers both in Preschool as in Primary school, therefore we would like to meet trained and qualified Teachers.
Teaching is a regulated profession for which you need a license, for that you need to speak the language at quite a high level. Fortunately we work with several municipalities who realise it is important to not only learn the language from a book but also apply it in your daily work. However it is important to know that you need to put time and effort in learning the language before you come to Sweden. The proposed level of Swedish should be B1-B2 on scale of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
As long as you are learning the language and not yet are in the posession of a license, municipalities can only offer you a one year at a time contract. As soon as you have reached the level of C1 than you have the possibility to apply for a license.

Arbetsförmedlingen Eures helps jobseekers to find jobs and employers to recruit from all over Europe

The European Union’s principle of free movement of workers is considered one of the most important rights of EU citizens. It means that you can move to any EU Member State, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland to look for and take up a job.

Launched in 1994, EURES is a European cooperation network of employment services, designed to facilitate the free movement of workers. The network has always worked hard to ensure that European citizens can benefit from the same opportunities, despite language barriers, cultural differences, bureaucratic challenges, diverse employment laws and a lack of recognition of educational certificates across Europe.
